- Review results with the customer and decide whether to improve, pause, or expand.
Protect customers and your reputation
Be clear about privacy, access, ongoing maintenance, and human oversight. Do not promise revenue, automate customer communications without review, or rely on unsupported claims. A sustainable service includes discovery, implementation, training, and maintenance only where genuinely useful.
