The Mastermind is a protective, beginner-friendly learning space. These guidelines apply to live meetings, member resources, and other community participation.
Respect people and the learning space
- Treat beginners respectfully.
- Do not mock basic questions.
- Do not harass or threaten participants.
- Do not discriminate.
- Do not post spam.
- Do not use the group primarily to solicit clients.
- Respect speaking time.
- Allow the host to manage the agenda.
Protect privacy, safety, and ownership
- Do not share another member’s private information.
- Do not publish protected Zoom links, IDs, passcodes, recordings, or notes.
- Do not share passwords, API keys, payment information, or customer secrets.
- Do not request malware or unlawful activity.
- Do not record people without notice and required permission.
- Share only work you have permission to share.
Communicate claims responsibly
- Do not present group discussion as professional legal, medical, financial, security, compliance, or accessibility-certification advice. Disclose commercial interests when relevant.
- Understand that participation does not guarantee a project, job, income, customer, or business success.
How concerns are handled
The owner may warn, mute, remove, suspend, or terminate access when needed to protect people or keep the learning space usable. The response should fit the conduct and circumstances; serious safety, privacy, or unlawful behavior may require immediate removal. Report a concern through the contact form without including secrets or unnecessary personal information.
